Part Time Receptionist/Administrator: The role involves providing an effective reception and administration service across three training centres. The successful applicant will be computer literate and will be the first point of contact for all customers, providing exceptional customer service skills and promoting a professional atmosphere. Duties include: operating a switchboard, maintaining diaries and administration work. The position is part time, 3 days per week 8.30am to 4.30pm.
This is a temporary contract from April to December 2018 (subject to review)
Salary £15,000.00 per annum full time equivalent. Plus Car allowance of £100.00 per month.
