This post is working within a team on an innovative programme supporting young people with special needs. The role includes supporting educational, personal & social development needs, providing pastoral support, mentoring, and motivating the LLDD learners to address barriers to education and employment.

5 days per week - Term Time Only.

Salary range: Negotiable

Essential Skills Tutor: We are seeking an experienced Tutor to work with young people aged 14 – 19 on our study programmes, predominantly at entry level or level 1, delivering accredited work skills, employability skills, life skills, personal and social development and British Values. This is an opportunity to use your skills and experience to work with young people facing some of the greatest challenges. You will have the ability to motivate, engage, and use innovative teaching resources. The successful applicant must hold a teaching qualification, and have a proven track record of working with disadvantaged learners.

This a part time post - 2/3 days per week - Term Time Only
