What is e2e?

  • e2e stands for Entry to Employment
  • It is a flexible programme that puts you at the centre of a learning journey
  • It is a course for young people 16-18 who are not yet in education, employment or training
  • It is a Government funded programme that gives you development opportunities

What will e2e do for me?

  • It gives you opportunities to learn new skills
  • Supports your career choice
  • Gives you the opportunity to progress to employment and further training
  • Lets you earn while you learn with EMA and bonus opportunities
  • Supports you with any issues that are preventing you from getting a job or training towards that job
  • Enables access to work tasters
  • Gives you an opportunity to gain qualifications
  • Helps you with your basic skills
  • Offers opportunities top experience vocational options
  • Supports access to community projects
  • It does whatever you want it to do with effort from you and support from us

How long is it?

  • Between 16 - 30 hours per week
  • On average 22 weeks, but the programme length is designed for what you need

  • Provide a mentor to guide and support you through the programme
  • Place you at the centre of your learning journey
  • Give you the skills and support to meet new challenges
  • Help you to progress to that next step
