What is e2e?
- e2e stands for Entry to Employment
- It is a flexible programme that puts you at the centre of a learning journey
- It is a course for young people 16-18 who are not yet in education, employment or training
- It is a Government funded programme that gives you development opportunities
What will e2e do for me?
- It gives you opportunities to learn new skills
- Supports your career choice
- Gives you the opportunity to progress to employment and further training
- Lets you earn while you learn with EMA and bonus opportunities
- Supports you with any issues that are preventing you from getting a job or training towards that job
- Enables access to work tasters
- Gives you an opportunity to gain qualifications
- Helps you with your basic skills
- Offers opportunities top experience vocational options
- Supports access to community projects
- It does whatever you want it to do with effort from you and support from us
How long is it?
- Between 16 - 30 hours per week
- On average 22 weeks, but the programme length is designed for what you need

- Provide a mentor to guide and support you through the programme
- Place you at the centre of your learning journey
- Give you the skills and support to meet new challenges
- Help you to progress to that next step
