    Sub-Contracting

    Morthyng divides its Sub-Contracting status in into two types of provision:

    1. Partnership
    2. Direct Sub-Contracting

    1. Partnership
    Partnership is where Morthyng delivers all the vocational, Maths, English, Voc Studies, British Values, Safeguarding, Management, Administration, Student Support, Internal Audit, Registration and Certification fees and Quality Control of the contracted funded provision as well as Bursary Payments.

    The Partner Organisation delivers the work related activity and are paid a proportion of the contracted funding in a pre-arranged day rate. Agreed between both parties.

    2. Direct Sub-Contracting
    Where Morthyng delivers Management, Administration, Student Support, Internal Audit and Quality Control of the contracted funded provision and contract management of Targets and outcomes, as well as Bursary Payments.

    The sub-contractor delivers all the vocational, Maths, English, Voc Studies, British Values, Safeguarding, Management, Registration and Certification fees.

    General Terms for Sub-Contracting:

    • No Direct Sub-Contracting and or Partnership with establishments further away than one hour of a Morthyng established operational centre.
    • Direct Sub Contractors will in first year of subcontract receive 70% of contracted funded funds until Internal Audit are assured of attendance, quality Achievement and Progression rates of learners in the first year and or until Achievement and Progressions are at 85%.
    • Partnership organisations will receive an agreed daily rate as mutual agreed for a set volume of days, these are paid in total where the learner achieves or progresses positively. NONE Attendance of learners is not paid for other than sickness and holidays.
    • All organisations will submit an application, that will be scored on evidence before any collaboration takes place.
    • All organisations will be Health & Safety inspected and have to hold the relevant TPPL insurances.
    • All organisations will have a legal contract with financial payments, targets for achievement and progression, that mirrors the ESFA contract to Morthyng and will be subject to Ofsted and Force Mejure under the ESFA contract to morthyng.
