This post is working within a team on an innovative programme supporting young people with special needs. The role includes supporting educational, personal & social development needs, providing pastoral support, mentoring, and motivating the LLDD learners to address barriers to education and employment.

3-5 days per week - Term Time Only.

Salary range: Negotiable

BTEC Tutor: We are seeking an experienced Tutor to work with young people aged 16 – 19 on our study programmes. This is an opportunity to use your skills and experience to work with young people facing some of the greatest challenges. You will have the ability to motivate, engage, and use innovative teaching resources and have a proven track record of working with disadvantaged learners.

This is a full time post however Term Time Only will be considered.

Student Support Officer – Rugby Town FC Academy

Student Support Officer: The successful applicant will manage a caseload of young people aged 16-19 on the study programme. The role includes working with young people to identify and arrange suitable training and work taster opportunities, agree their learning plan, monitor attendance, mentoring, coaching and sourcing placements. The applicant should hold or be willing to work towards IAG Level 3 or 4.
